Facilitation is an art. To be able to connect to the group and create a safe and open environment for everyone to share requires sensitivity, experience, and leadership. By creating an inclusive setup and letting all the diverse voices be heard, I ensure a successful experience for all the participants in the circle.
Lego Serious Play
The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method (LSP) is a facilitated thinking, communication and problem-solving technique for use with organisations, teams and individuals. It draws on extensive research from the fields of business, organisational development, psychology and learning, and is based on the concept of “hand knowledge.”
PURPOSE
The purpose of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is to change “lean backward meetings” to “lean forward meetings” , where the result is more participation, more insights surfaced, more engagement and, ultimately, more commitment and faster implementations.
METHOD
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® encourages open communication and promotes deep listening among participants. Viewing 3D models, building metaphors, and stories generate interest and better retention of the content presented, which also contributes to better understanding, reducing, and filtering noise.
